Frequently asked questions
Do
you have everything on the site in stock?
On
the whole yes! If stock is running low we do mark up the
number on the website, but occasionally if someone is ordering a
large amount of stock we can run out. In this case we would
email you back immediately to let you know the position.
Can
I place a order over the phone?
Unfortunately we no longer have facilities to
accept card details over the phone, so orders must be made online.
Do you send items overseas?
We are able to send orders to most
countries, but unfortunately not the USA due to our insurance
restrictions. We contact us for postage costs.
Do I
need a Paypal Account to pay?
No.
All our online ordering is done through Paypal which makes it
exceptionally safe (we never get to see your financial details) but
you can pay by credit or debit card without opening an account.
How
long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 2 p.m. are sent out the same day (or next
working day for weekend orders). They are sent by first class
post (recorded delivery) so should be with you within a couple of
days.
Are
all orders sent recorded delivery?
Yes.
We appreciate that it can be a hassle but sadly there are a small
number of dishonest people who will claim not to have received their
goods, so we have to have a signature. If you are not going to be in
to sign, perhaps you could get your order delivered to your
workplace.
Can
I return items if I don't like them?
Items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are still in
their original wrapping. We do not pay the cost of return
postage.
Will items tarnish?
Anything that is silver or plated will tarnish if it comes into
contact with the air. We recommend that items are
returned to their packaging and sealed when they are not in
use to reduce the risk of tarnishing.
