All references to gold, silver, pearl etc. relate to colour and not the actual material of which products are made.

Tiaras Tiaras Tiaras operates a no quibbles refund policy if the goods are returned within 14 days. If goods are returned in this time in their original condition and in their original packaging, the customer will receive a full refund.

We do not pay the cost of return postage.

All orders are sent out by Recorded Delivery.  In the event of there being no one available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left by the Post Office and the parcel must be collected (or alternative delivery  arrangements made with the Post Office) within 7 days or the parcel will be returned to us.  In this event we will cancel the order and issue a refund, less the cost of the postage we have expended.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged on return. It is recommended that any returns are well packed and insured to cover damage or loss.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 entitles customers to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Should you wish to cancel your order and return the goods you may do so but the goods must be returned at your own expense in the condition you received them. They should be returned with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss. Upon satisfactory and timely receipt we will refund any monies within 30 days.
